Good tone in this area will not only enhance your and your partner’s sensations but will also have a positive impact on women’s health. How to train your intimate muscles? Learn more in our article.
HOW TO TRAIN INTIMATE MUSCLES
Every modern woman is familiar with this term, but not everyone has used this technique. And that’s a shame, but before we describe the methods, it’s worth noting that it’s a good idea to consult a gynecologist before starting the workout. Some women don’t need to train their muscles, but rather learn to relax them, which is a different technique. After the consultation, you’ll be able to understand what you need and start working towards your goal.
So, today the following methods and exercise machines for pumping up women’s internal muscles are widespread:
Kegel Exercise

This exercise was invented back in the 20th century by urologist Arnold Kegel. Briefly, it’s a series of exercises that, at the time, was aimed at treating problems such as urinary incontinence and pelvic floor prolapse. For greater effectiveness, it’s best to use a Kegel exerciser alongside the exercises.
VAGINAL BALLS
Vaginal balls consist of one or two spheres that can be connected with a special thread. They are simple to use: insert them into the vagina and wear them for 24 hours.

The woman’s main task is to hold them in place, try changing positions, or even tapping them together. There are many types of vaginal balls available today, but it’s important to choose them carefully to avoid damaging yourself with this intimate muscle trainer.
LASER TRAINER
A laser trainer for intimate muscles is suitable for beginners, but it’s not cheap. It looks like this: a small rod with a ball (of varying diameters) on one end and a laser on the other.

Standing, the woman places the wand, ball-side down, and then begins to contract the internal muscles. A red dot on the floor begins to flash, visually indicating the frequency and strength of your contractions. This vaginal muscle strengthening device also, by increasing blood circulation, renews the mucous membrane directly inside the vagina, making it more ribbed and more pleasant to the touch. All this combined significantly increases a woman’s orgasm.
Balls and Eggs
Vaginal eggs are similar in principle to vaginal balls. They can also be worn throughout the day for exercise. However, they require lifting rather than pressing.

VAGINAL CONE
This exercise machine was developed about 20 years ago by Stanislav Plevnik. Like other intimate muscle trainers, it’s easy to use. Insert it into the vagina about four centimeters, then begin contracting it. This will begin to engage the muscles, strengthening the entire pelvic area.

Vaginal cones come in various sizes, but if you’re just starting out, the smallest ones will be fine. To start, stand up straight and insert the cone inside, then try to hold it there for 10 minutes. After a while, try to extend the exercise while holding the cone in place, while contracting your internal muscles yourself.
PNEUMATIC TRAINER
This is another invention by Arnold Kegel, whom we mentioned earlier. The device got its name because it has a separate air chamber. This chamber provides resistance when you begin to contract your muscles.

In addition, there is a pressure gauge that can clearly show the strength and frequency of contractions, which will also increase the effectiveness of intimate muscle training.
There is also a modern analogue, which has a digital display instead of a pressure gauge.
VIBRO-PNEUMATIC TRAINER
There’s also a variation of the previous intimate muscle trainer. This one features a display that shows contraction readings, as well as an air chamber, but also a built-in vibrator.

Thus, in response to contractions, the compartment we insert into the vagina begins to vibrate, thereby increasing the activity of the nerve endings. This causes the muscles to contract faster, making the workout more effective. For comparison, traditional Kegel exercises activate approximately 58% of muscle fibers, while this exerciser activates 96%.
WEIGHT TRAINING MACHINES
These are the same vaginal balls for training intimate muscles, but with heavier weights. This means that vaginal exercise is adjusted by increasing the weight of the device. They are often suitable for women with more experience, as an untrained vagina simply won’t be able to handle the heavier balls.

The diameter of the balls can also vary, allowing you to perform completely different exercises with them; these are often described in the instructions included with the weight training equipment.
