
1. Do what you know how to do
Even if you doubt your sexual skills, there’s probably at least one thing you’re truly good at. Maybe you’re not a master of oral sex, but you’re excellent at spanking, or you’re unsure of your kissing technique, but consider yourself a master of caresses.
Spend a month doing what you’re good at and what you enjoy. Every time you do this, and also after the allotted time, think, “I’m on top of my game because I’ve given my partner a whole month of great sex.”
2. Try something new
Once you feel like a master in one area, start trying other things that you’re less comfortable with. Don’t strive for perfect results right away—practice new things for fun.
It is useful to change your sexual scenario so that the process stops being monotonous and becomes interesting.

3. Laugh
Skills aren’t everything. What truly makes sex good is your attitude. If you can enjoy it and laugh when things go wrong, success is already within your grasp.
4. Focus on what you love about your body
You can constantly dwell on your flaws, but it’s much better to appreciate your strengths. So, when you look in the mirror, focus on what you like about your face and body. And try to pay less attention to the features that don’t inspire you.
5. Wear something that boosts your confidence
When you’re wearing something that (at least in your opinion) makes you irresistible, you automatically feel more confident. If you think you look good in that lipstick, apply it before bed. Think you smell great after using that lotion? Slather it on before sex. Whatever makes you feel amazing, wear it!
6. Repeat the mantra
To really drive home the message of confidence, arm yourself with a mantra like “I’m sexy.” Repeat it in the mirror, write it down in your journal, or post it on sticky notes around your home. The more you hear it, the more you’ll believe it.
