Orgasm is not just the result of sexual intercourse, it is a combination of passion, feelings and love.

Don’t assume that  a couple climaxing simultaneously guarantees a great sex life. While it can certainly bring intense sensations, 70% of couples almost never experience simultaneous orgasm, yet remain satisfied with their sexual relationship.

Even if the partner experiences peak pleasure first, he can still bring the woman to that sensation through caresses. If the opposite occurs (which is extremely rare), the partner can continue having sex until her man reaches orgasm.

ACHIEVE SIMULTANEOUS ORGASM

Although simultaneous orgasm for both men and women depends on many factors, both partners can still influence some of them. There are a number of recommendations that can help  achieve simultaneous orgasm in couples :

  1. Training the internal muscles. To maximum achieve pleasure, both partners must be able to control the process of achieving pleasure. Women can train their intimate muscles. This is achieved with a few simple exercises: contract your pelvic muscles and hold for 7 seconds, then slowly and deliberately relax them. This exercise can be repeated 10 more times. Men can also use a similar technique: tensing their pelvis will help slow down the process of reaching orgasm.
  2. Foreplay. To achieve simultaneous orgasm, both men and women must be equally aroused. If one partner isn’t achieving their desired arousal, greater emphasis can be placed on caresses or erotica.
  3. Variety . Don’t limit yourself to the traditional missionary position. Add variety to your sex life, but remember to maintain control. If the woman is in the cowgirl position, she sets the tone. She sets the rhythm and can tell from her partner’s expression whether she should slow down or speed up.
  4. Arousal scale. During sex, you can feel free to ask your partner how aroused they are on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being orgasm. And if you’re at different points, simply try to adjust to each other’s arousal using your inner pelvic muscles.
  5. There’s no point in rushing . During sex, there’s no need to rush; it’s important to alternate your movements and not forget about oral sex.
